Tough Road for all incumbents

Sometimes we are so far ahead of the curve it takes the nation close to 19 months to get on board. We wrote a post called if you are in your out on 10/28/08. The just of the post was any incumbent should be voted out of office. Looks like the tea512 movement is taking hold, first we had Florida, Republican Governor Charlie Crist expected to lose to conservative Marco Rubio moved out of the GOP to run as an independent. We watched over the weekend in Utah, 17-year Senate veteran Bob Bennett a victim of losing in a primary. Last night in West Virginia, 14-term Rep. Alan Mollohan lost the Democratic nomination for his seat in a primary. Next up on May 18 is Pennsylvania; many Democratic voters seem not willing to embrace former Republican Arlen Specter in favor of Representative Joe Sestak, who bills himself as the contest’s true Democrat. The other two where incumbents could lose in the primary season is Senator Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas and Michael Bennet of Colorado. This is great news for America is time for politics to be a job represents the people and not a paycheck and elite status. Most of this we believe stems from watching healthcare bill played out in congress, it did not matter what side you were on the process looked broken, and the only fix is new blood, new ideas, and new people.
