Top 10 Things to do in Canada

We were thinking about going north for a vacation this summer. We watched the Olympics this year and realized outside of stepping on the other side Niagara Falls we had never really visited Canada. We started to wonder what the Top 10 Things to do in Canada now that the Olympics are Over as it seems like a beautiful country. We never really though of Vancouver as a vacation spot but it does have an added attraction now that we know a few of the places. We did go to Lake Placid New York Olympic village and it was awesome to see the venues that have held the best athletes in the world compete. It was awesome to see the Olympic site at Mount Van Hovenberg where you can actually see how steep one of those downhill races really is, the perception on television does not capture that these Olympians are skiing as close to falling off a mountain as possible. We were thinking you would feel the same kind of excitement when visiting Whistler. We have heard and seen on the telecast why they call this the best mountain resort in all of North America. Whistler Blackcomb seems like a must-go attraction that has an average annual snowfall of over 400 inches, so a fresh batch of powder will always be awaiting.
